Sometimes i feel that Life is becoming more complicated, it is no longer morning rituals (pranayam,exercises,breakfast etc) then housework, students,cooking,eating and sleeping. Nowadays i am doing much more.Now at this age, i am 67, learning new things is not easy. Travelling by bus in Singapore, getting a laptop for the first time and learning how to handle it, shopping alone in Singapore, learning how to blog, all this at the same time overwhelm me. Though it is stressful, at the same time very challenging and if done successfully, very enjoyable.
I know i have to change,come out from my comfortable position and face modern life with all its complication, or i will stagnate. my daughters force me ,and also help me sometimes, to change,and other time leave me alone to handle my problems,which are many i must say.
